Pooch Airways arranges shared charter flights operated by FAA Part 135 licensed air carriers.
The FAA-licensed air carrier operating the aircraft maintains full operational control of the flight.
Pooch Airways offers seats on shared private jet flights. Each passenger purchases an individual seat on a charter aircraft.
Flights operate only if minimum seat requirements are met.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have proper travel documents including:
Pooch Airways is not responsible for denied entry due to documentation issues.
Because charter flights operate differently than commercial airlines:
