Pooch Airways – Pet Travel Liability Waiver

By traveling with a pet on a Pooch Airways arranged flight, you agree to the following terms.

1. Owner Responsibility

The passenger traveling with a pet is solely responsible for the care, behavior, and control of their pet at all times.

2. Pet Health Requirements

Passengers confirm that their pet:

  • Is vaccinated
  • Is healthy and fit for travel
  • Has required veterinary documentation

3. Pet Behavior

Pets must be well behaved and must not pose a risk to passengers, crew, or aircraft.

Pooch Airways reserves the right to deny boarding to pets that display aggressive or unsafe behavior.

4. Liability for Damages

Pet owners are financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet, including but not limited to:

  • Aircraft interior damage
  • Injury to passengers
  • Injury to crew
  • Airport property damage

5. Indemnification

Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pooch Airways, JBL Global Charter Inc., and the aircraft operator from claims related to the passenger's pet.

6. International Pet Travel

Passengers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all destination country pet import regulations.

7. Acceptance of Risk

Traveling with animals involves inherent risks. By traveling with a pet, passengers acknowledge these risks.
